Nothing hidden on the bill
Every line on the estimate has a reason. If something changes, we explain it before we do it, not after.
Sunnyvale auto body & collision
Dented on US 80? Clipped in a Belt Line Road parking lot? We look it over, write it down line by line and talk you through it. No surprises when you pick the car up.
Tell us what happened — (000) 000-0000
Each repair and part is listed on its own line, with a short reason beside it.
Texas drivers choose where the car is fixed. We work with whichever insurer you have.
If teardown finds more, you see the photos before anything is added.
Cameras and sensors get scanned when the car arrives and again before it leaves.
Repairs
Little scuffs and big wrecks both start the same way: a close look and an honest write-up. Pick a repair to see exactly how we handle it. Not sure what to call the damage? You don't need the right word. Describe it on the phone, and we'll tell you which repairs it involves.
Nobody likes waiting in the dark. So here is the whole path, in order. Most jobs follow these six steps. Bigger ones simply spend longer in the middle.
Say what happened and where the car is. Can't drive it? We set up the tow.
We photograph the damage and list every repair on the estimate. You get a copy.
The estimate goes to your insurer. We handle the back-and-forth with the adjuster.
Panels come off. Anything hidden gets photographed and approved before we fix it.
Structure first, then panels, then paint matched to your car and blended in.
Lights, gaps, sensors and a test drive. Then we walk the car with you.
About your insurance
After a wreck, the adjuster may suggest a shop. That's a suggestion. In Texas, you decide where your car goes, even if the claim is already open.
When you choose us, we deal with the insurer for you. We send the estimate and photos. We file supplements when we find damage nobody could see from outside. And we keep you posted, so you aren't chasing anyone for updates.
Not sure whose policy pays, or whether it's worth a claim? Call. Ten minutes on the phone usually sorts it out.

Most people don't know what a fair repair looks like. That's not their fault. Our job is to make it obvious.
Every line on the estimate has a reason. If something changes, we explain it before we do it, not after.
New from the maker, aftermarket or recycled? You'll know which, and why, before it goes on your car.
Carmakers publish repair steps for each model. We follow them, because shortcuts show up later. That matters most on newer cars, where a skipped step can affect how the airbags and crumple zones work next time.
A call or text when the car moves to the next step. A heads-up the moment anything slows down.
No mystery math
Most estimates are a wall of codes. Ours is written so a person can read it. Each damaged part gets its own line. Next to it: repair or replace, the labor, and a few words on why.
Say your front bumper took a hit. You might see the bumper cover, two broken clips, an absorber, a bracket and a parking sensor, each listed separately. You'll see paint time for the bumper and blend time for the fender beside it. Nothing is lumped together into one big number you can't check.
When we open the car up and find more, the same thing happens. Photos first. Then a new line on the estimate. Then a call to you and to the insurer. You approve it before we touch it. That's the deal at our shop, and it doesn't change from job to job.

Spring storms roll across Lake Ray Hubbard and drop hail on roofs and hoods from Rowlett down to Sunnyvale. Summer heat cooks clear coat until it peels. Deer cross the rural stretches toward Forney and Seagoville at dusk. And the merges on US 80 and I-635 keep bumpers busy every single week.
We fix all of it, from a single dent to a car that came in on a flatbed. Knowing what our local roads and weather do to cars helps us spot damage faster and explain it more clearly.
Sunnyvale sits in east Dallas County, with Mesquite to the south and Garland and Rowlett to the north. Plenty of our customers drive in from those towns, and from Forney and Balch Springs too. US 80, Belt Line Road and Collins Road bring most of them here in a few minutes.
US 80 merges, the Belt Line Road lights, the stretch of I-635 by Town East. Tell us where it happened and we'll probably know the spot.
A car from Forney gets the same write-up, the same paint work and the same updates as one from down the street.
Estimates, tows and claim questions all go to (000) 000-0000. No call center. No transfers.
